This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location at the Cliffs in Possum Kingdom provides a beautiful view of the lake. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The rooms are in good condition and have very comfortable beds. The breakfast is also included, which is a nice bonus. Additionally, the hotel offers plenty of towels and has a balcony in some rooms.
Everything was satisfactory/adequate.

The beds were comfortable, the view from the patio was gorgeous, and the pool was perfect for us. The breakfast was nice, at a 3-star level - overall, it was the best inn experience.

The Cliffs Resort is a hidden gem on the shores of Possum Kingdom Lake. the location is perfect for a Fourth of July getaway, with stunning views of the lake and a great patio to enjoy the fireworks. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with luxurious beds and balconies. the staff provides excellent service, making sure every need is met. the breakfast is delicious and the facilities are top-notch.
The bar food is of fast food quality, but overall, it doesn't diminish the wonderful experience at this lakefront resort.

Great Seafood Buffet and stunning views with comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Perfect view of the lake and accommodating General Manager and Restaurant Manager. Great experience with the food and Chef.
Inconsistent housekeeping and inexperienced manicure specialist. A reservation is needed even if the restaurant is not busy.

Liked the views and location of the hotel. the room was cozy and clean. the hotel offered a great variety of activities to do during our stay. the golf course was amazing and our family had a great time playing it. It was beautiful to see the Christmas decorations all around the hotel and to enjoy the hot chocolate and cookies that were offered.
Disliked the service and the price of the food and drinks. We found the staff unprofessional and unhelpful at times.
